The current agreement governing your use of Perza.

Perza Official Rules

Effective: August 11, 2026

These Official Rules govern Perza’s free daily Lucky Spin and Scratch Card promotional experiences (the “Promotion”). The sponsor and administrator is M2 Interactive LLC, operating under the Perza brand (“Sponsor”). Apple, Google, TapResearch, ayeT Studios, Reloadly, and advertising providers are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for, the Promotion.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to registered Perza members who are at least 18 years old, reside in a country currently allowed by Perza, and are legally eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

2. Promotion period

The Promotion is an ongoing feature beginning August 11, 2026. Sponsor may end or modify future play opportunities upon reasonable in-app or published notice. Changes do not alter the result of a play already completed.

3. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment is required. Each eligible member receives one free Lucky Spin and one free Scratch Card per Perza day. Additional plays may be unlocked with Tickets earned from eligible in-app activity. Tickets are not sold and are not awarded for watching advertisements. Limit one account per person.

4. How winners are determined

Outcomes are generated on Perza’s server using cryptographically secure random selection before the result is displayed. Visual wheel and scratch animations reveal the server result and do not determine it. Subject to eligibility and verification, the published odds per play are:

  • 0 PZP: 5 in 100
  • 50 PZP: 28 in 100
  • 100 PZP: 26 in 100
  • 150 PZP: 18 in 100
  • 250 PZP: 13 in 100
  • 500 PZP: 8 in 100
  • 1,000 PZP: 2 in 100

Scratch Card

  • 0 PZP: 20 in 120
  • 50 PZP: 34 in 120
  • 100 PZP: 28 in 120
  • 150 PZP: 18 in 120
  • 250 PZP: 12 in 120
  • 500 PZP: 7 in 120
  • 1,000 PZP: 1 in 120

Each play is independent. Actual results will vary. PZP are promotional points and are not cash until an eligible redemption is approved and fulfilled under the Terms of Use.

5. Verification and delivery

Potential rewards are subject to account, age, location, phone, device, and fraud verification. Eligible PZP are credited to the member’s Perza balance after the server validates the play. Sponsor may withhold or reverse a result caused by manipulation, automation, duplicate accounts, technical error, or a violation of these Rules or the Terms of Use.

6. Conduct and disqualification

Bots, scripts, emulators, tampered clients, multiple accounts, false eligibility information, VPN or proxy use to evade location restrictions, and any attempt to manipulate a play or reward are prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify a member and void affected plays when supported by reasonable evidence, subject to applicable law and available support review.

7. General terms

Sponsor may suspend the Promotion if fraud, outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control impair its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration are final to the extent permitted by law. Applicable consumer rights are not waived. Apple is not involved in any way with this Promotion.
