End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you and M2 Interactive LLC, operating under the Perza brand, governing your installation and use of the Perza mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA and the Perza Terms of Use.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Use, Perza grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for lawful, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not:
- copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App;
- remove or alter proprietary notices;
- bypass security, verification, eligibility, moderation, or reward controls;
- use the App to transmit malicious code or interfere with Perza or third-party systems;
- use the App in violation of law, the Terms of Use, or provider requirements.
3. Ownership
Perza and its licensors retain all rights in the App, Perza branding, software, interfaces, original art, and related intellectual property. This EULA grants a license, not ownership. Third-party content and trademarks remain owned by their respective holders.
4. Third-party and platform services
The App may integrate services supplied by Google Firebase and Google Cloud, Apple, Google, Didit, TapResearch, ayeT Studios, Playgama, Reloadly, MaxMind, Google AdMob, OneSignal, OpenAI, and other approved providers. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
If you obtained the App through Apple’s App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App, support, maintenance, warranties, or claims, except as required by the App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
If you obtained the App through Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms.
5. Updates
Perza may provide fixes, changes, security updates, and new features through an app store or an authorized over-the-air update system. Some updates may be required for continued use. Updates remain part of the App and are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by different terms.
6. Term and termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially violate it. Perza may suspend or terminate your license together with your account as permitted by the Terms of Use.
When the license ends, you must stop using and delete the App. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and enforcement survive as applicable.
7. Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. PERZA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR SERVICE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERZA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE APP. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Export and sanctions
You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export-control, trade, or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the App under applicable law.
10. Changes
Perza may update this EULA. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an updated EULA becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
