Delete from the Perza app
- Open Account.
- Tap Security.
- Under Account deletion, tap Delete my account.
- Review the disclosure and confirm permanent deletion.
Your sign-in is disabled immediately. Permanent deletion is normally completed within seven days.
If you cannot access the app
Email policy@perza.app from the address connected to your Perza account. Include the words “account deletion” and your public display name. We may request limited information to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
Your Firebase authentication account, profile, public name reservation, avatars, nested activity data, and public leaderboard identity are deleted. Unredeemed PZP, Gems, and Tickets are forfeited.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, redemption, provider callback, audit, and anti-fraud records may be retained in anonymized form where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, and protection of Perza and its partners. These records are no longer used to provide an active account.
